Standard rates for contract services are negotiable and based on specific position requirements, geographic location, schedule and any required facilities costs to the contractor for performance of the assigned tasks.  Many client companies establish a fixed billable rate for each position based on these same factors.  Rates for our Virtual Team members eliminates the consideration of cost for location, schedule or facilities.  The rate considers only the demands of the requirements of the job to be performed.

The Virtual Team provides the necessary facilities and equipment to perform the work.  The client will occasionally assume the cost of software licensing fees necessary to their project.
